Shiny Shapes: Happy St. Patrick's Day

My one year old son loves these books! We have a few that reveal the sparkling object at the end. He loved the first one we bought so I went and bought all of the different themed versions I could find. He makes me read them over and over (we got up to 18 times in one sitting on this St.Patty's Day version).

I just bought about 5 of these concentric shape cutout books to save for my grandchild for the various holidays. This is a nice introduction to some of the Irish customs of St. Patrick's Day. It centers mainly on leprechauns and what they do. It does speak of the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

This was bought as a gift for the individual I take care of. It was received with delight and is very cheerful with the 3 D cut-out design and center no-mess glitter shamrock. This book, like many others, can make a wonderful teaching tool with shapes and all manner of fun things to discover within the pages while being specific to St. Patricks Day.
