I originally didn't receive a remote with this item. Customer service worked with me and quickly got me a replacement set. I love this item. The extras make for a good pedicure and I love that there is temperature control. And it's not very loud.

Heat levels are great. It’s a little snug, I’d prefer a little more space. I thought the rollers at the bottom would roll and massage on its own but they don’t move on their own. Bubbles are great. It is relaxing. Hard to collapse.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We love this! The only small issue is the red light that heats it up is right over your foot so it can get a little warm but other than that it’s awesome. The handle makes it easy to clean and carry.

I gave it two stars because it’s very nice looking. I looks exactly like the picture and the accessories that came with it is nice howeverrrrrrr I sent it back the next day. So when I received it I opened it to make sure it was the correct one and everything that was suppose to come with it did. The following morning I got up and after rinsing it out I put water. I noticed my floor was a lil wet I wiped it up, and again it was wet that’s when I noticed the bucket leaks. Not only that when I put my feet in it and started to use the rollers to massage I could barely move my feet because they were touching the tip of the bucket. Mind you I am a woman’s size 8 -81/2. So unless you wear a women’s 7-71/2 this isn’t going to work and men you gotta have a small foot.

It's durable it functions well. The pedicure tools are excellent. It heats well, I would recommend this to family and friends.
