I picked up this Dreo evaporative cooler to replace my older unit from another brand that stopped circulating water after two years. I’ve been using Dreo’s air conditioner for over four years and have always been impressed with its performance, so I decided to stick with the brand—and I’m glad I did. Compared to my previous cooler, this one swings a bit faster, which I personally find less ideal for airflow distribution. However, the 4-speed settings are excellent. I usually keep it on speed 2, and it’s more than enough to cool my living room. The airflow reaches far and feels refreshing without being overpowering. It’s noticeably quieter than my old unit. The cross-flow impeller design really does make a difference—perfect for keeping the room cool without disrupting conversations or sleep. The standout feature for me is the honeycomb dust filter. My old cooler had a cardboard-style pad that would develop odors if not dried properly. Dreo’s filter feels much more hygienic and durable, and the removable water tank and grille make cleaning super easy. Overall, this cooler is a solid upgrade. While I wish the oscillation speed were adjustable, the cooling power, quiet operation, and thoughtful design more than make up for it. Dreo continues to impress with reliable and user-friendly products.

Worked great. Be sure to rinse with hydergyon peroxide every refill. Better design for cleaning, lots of corners and crevasses.

purchased this fan and have been really impressed with how well it works. It was easy to set up and simple to use right out of the box. One of my favorite features is the ice water compartment — when you add ice water, the airflow becomes much cooler and almost feels like a small air conditioner. It has been great for keeping my room comfortable during warmer days without using a lot of energy. The fan runs well, cools effectively, and is definitely worth the purchase.

The cooling feature on this fan does not work at all. There's no difference in the air that comes out when you have water in the tank. I even tried ice cubes and ice packs to make the water frigid, but it had no effect. In fact, it's worse with the water option turned on because then the room is warm and muggy. This is way too expensive for just a basic tower fan.

This little guy has been a life saver. Husband and I live in Florida and our house is from the 80s so it shows it age in terms of the master getting the least air as it farthest from the AC unit but with this little guy we can sleep in cooler comfort. It's perfect for the size our room (I want to say 20x15). It's not whisper quiet but the hum it makes is not bothersome (to us at least) and its easy to maintain. Plus we did not have to sacrifice a window! So, an all around win for us.

Just decided to pull this out today and it's amazing! The assembly is really quick. Just click the base together and attach to the fan and you're good to go. I filled my tank with ice and water. It comes with ice packs but of course they're not frozen upon arrival. Sounds like a regular fan even at the highest level of 4. The air is a whole lot cooler than I thought it would be. Make sure you purchase some citric acid. That is recommended for cleaning the tank. Not sure what the humidity button does. Literally can't tell any difference when I have it on or off. Otherwise a really decent purchase to keep cool! Update: it's very difficult to try and use the ice packs. They don't stay in place. Also the fan never uses all of the water in the tank completely so it just sits at the bottom of the tank. Make sure you clean this regularly with citric acid and or vinegar to prevent it from smelling weird.

This nothing more than a glorified fan. IT'S NOT AN AIR CONDITIONER!!!!!!! (Yet it came up when I searched air conditioners...ugh 🤯😮‍💨.) This is a reminder to read fine print before ordering a product. Granted, the fan is very good...whether it's worth the price is tbd. I'm keeping it only bc I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it and buying another product. I just hope the fam is enough for what I need.

The fan was very easy to put together and works great but is very loud. I was surprised by just how loud it is. If you need something quiet, this is not your solution. That being said, it blows super cold air.

Très satisfait de mon achat, ca ne rafraichi pas autant qu'une climatisation, mais ca donne un courant d'air plus frais qu'un ventilateur classique, il est très silencieux. J'en ai recommander un 2èm pour ma mère.

Bad design, does not cool, not easy to clean. The tank has wire in it and its unsafe. Avoid at all cost
