Why did you pick this product vs others?: According to review I picked up this product but once it open fully now its not going back to original small position . So want to return . One stick is open and second one is as it is.

I purchased 2 pairs of this product. The product seems to be good. One stick was found to me damaged and I had ordered a replacement on 17th Aug now it is 23rd Aug the order has not been processed yet even after 5 days. Let me keep it updated here regarding the status.
