One star is deducted for the price Very reliable with ease of the installation (of course NVR hardware and software helped in the smooth integration) The storage capacity is great even it is expensive & I am planning to buy additional units in order to inceease storage capacity & to configure as mirroring and to have continuity during the failure of any unit
