Was never a problem until I recently started piano lessons! Try playing chords when one finger says "bugger off mate"... yeah, song sounds crappy.There are no real instructions which sorta suck but you just look at the thing and realize holding it one way is for your right hand and turning it around is for the other.The first time I used it I did just 3 minutes of closing my whole hand. Didn't seem like much until about 20 minutes later when the muscles in my fingers woke up in protest! I had over done it!This is an effective if not strange looking little device.
