Liquid expands when it freezes so you have to leave room for the expansion. **Q: What is the bottleneck and top dimensions? I want to make sure I get a proper size squeegee.** A: I'm not sure what you mean by squeegee. The plastic stopper is included and forms a tight seal. Especially when you can get them for $1.99 from IKEA and pay $5 for shipping. You can purchase several small bottles from IKEA and still pay less than $17. Not sure why I went to this seller first. But it was for a friend to replace the one I broke by putting it in the freezer. By the way...they really aren’t freezer safe unless you can gauge grabbing it out of the freezer before it breaks because one of these also broke in the freezer.
