Both the masks are glitching and not opening and closing fully. They worked initially, for 30mins, and then didn’t shut fully. Tried to change the battery to verify if it’s a battery issue, but no luck.

The Iron man helmet comes with remote . Your u don’t have to use remote to operate the mask. You can touch either ear and it opens mask. Or give commands and it will open , close or change eye color to red for war mode . My 8 yr old loves this mask.
