Very smooth with good flavor and nice size pieces of fruit. In each serving it is quite a bit and remains low in calories and high in protein.

Taste amazing

My favorite yogurt!
This is my absolute favorite Greek yogurt. I love the fact that it has half the calories so I can get twice the protein for the same amount of calories. After all, who wants to eat just one yogurt when you can have two? The only thing that would make this flavor more perfect is if it was blended so I didn't have to stir it before I ate it.

Low Carb, Low Sugar, Great Taste!
This is the best Greek yogurt that I've found with the lowest sugar and carbs that tastes great. I had to reduce my sugar intake and this one is very good. I'm exploring other flavors within this brand.
