These work great. For the cost you can’t beat it. They spray how I want and they are super cheap so I can replace them if I have to. If you can’t drill clean holes, buy the pvc connectors with the brass misters then replace them with these. They fit perfect. If you want a fine most these are not what you want. They spray more than mist.

You can use these to make hydroponic sprayer systems to grow plants faster and with less nutrients. It eliminates the use for grow mediums and its best to use timers on the pumps to get a wet and dry cycle for the roots. They are generic sprayers you see at an indoor grow stores but a lot more affordable so you can have a stock of them for replacements if they clog. Its best to use hydroponic based nutrients, strong pumps, and run some peroxide with the water to stop build up from clogging sprayers.

They do the job and for only a few cents a piece. Super easy to install. I used a box knife to puncture a small hole than twisted in by hand. Some said they used a drill and it seems plausible but the knife did the trick. I really think the only thing that could make them better is if they didnt clog so easliy.

Overall I would say these are ok.. you can drill and tap the holes but they still do not thread into PVC as you would expect, they still require quite a bit of effort to get started and keep straight. After running them, the 180 deg nozzles work really well. the 360deg nozzles are about worthless, they don't provide a good pattern at all. I will most drill a second hole and put 2 180 degree nozzles side by side. I cannot speak of the 90 degree nozzles because I had no need for them as of now.

These spray heads are an ideal replacement for the far more expensive Rainbird versions, which have become nearly impossible to find locally. While one reviewer said the nozzles he received were not threaded mine do have threads and screw perfectly into my spray stakes. Highly recommended.

The sprayers are very simple but very good. very good spray pattern, easily screws into a half inch tube, solid design all in all great deal for the money

These get 5 stars all the way. Every one that I installed works with no defects. These are strong enough to withstand install with pliers. I put them in a DIY aeroponics cloner. I used a drill bit and a 10-24 tap for pvc pipe. they are difficult to tighten by hand, however it can be done… pliers are a good option too
