Love this product.

While these don’t taste the best (standard vitamin taste), they’re the only ones that hadn’t made me constantly nauseous and sick. These are gentler on your stomach but not completely gentle just fyi. I wish they were a little less expensive.

I saw this brand recommended by other women going through IVF so gave them a try. I was very pleased with them. No fishy taste or weird side effects. I could take these at any time of day and feel fine, though I think it’s always best to take vitamins with food. I am 35, have low egg count, and needed great egg quality for the eggs we did retrieve. I think this definitely supported my egg health. At every stage of the journey my doc was shocked at how well my embryos were doing. Retrieved 18, 15 mature, 12 blastocyst, 6 euploid! Much better than the 2 embryos I was predicted to have with my stats. These vitamins worked great!!! I also took ubiqunol, vitamin d, and fish oil.

I have been taking this vitamin since two months before we conceived, and I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant. My husband mentioned these day they’re for “preconception,” but other than this brand’s prenatal having a little more iron, they’re exactly the same. I had a hard time taking this after breakfast due to nausea, but I find I can easily take it with a mid-morning snack. The taste of any prenatal is not great, but this one doesn’t make me burp or taste the vitamin all day.

I have felt like my hormones were all over the place. My menstrual cycle had become irregular for the first time in my life. I wanted to have a better idea of my cycle so that I could know my fertility. These vitamins did not help me to get pregnant. However they did regulate my cycle again. They are very easy on your stomach. I was easy to add them to my routine. I wish they were a little less expensive and more constantly in stock.

What the heck?! I purchased these (formerly white) pills on March 6th and took nearly every day for 10 weeks or so, in preparation for fertility treatments. This brand was in particular was recommended by the author of a book I read on the subject. After the treatments, I didn’t take them for a couple months, and they sat untouched in my bedside drawer. Then today, I opened the bottle and a rotten smell came out, and the pills looks like this. Like, moldy. BARF!!! I knew that supplements unfortunately can’t be regulated by the FDA, but hoped this brand would have been safe since it was recommended… but, it’s not. This is unacceptable. And just freaking gross. It’s absolutely insane that no one checks up on this stuff. I’d say choose another brand, but unfortunately we have no way of knowing which are good so it’s always a gamble. This one, though, is BAD, I can tell you that much.

I never notice a difference with vitamins, however, these are the exception! No opinions on the preconception part of the claims. I have a vitamin D deficiency, which led to my doctor prescribing me a mega dose for a few weeks. I chose these vitamins for the huge vitamin D content and all the other great vitamins and minerals in it. I can report that my nails are growing and are stronger than they've ever been! My hair seems to be growing. And the feeling off or being prone to getting sick due to low vitamin D is non-existent. I'll be repurchasing these when I'm done with my current bottle.

Great quality vitamin. Has all the things that you would need in it and the taste isn’t really bad at all. Doesn’t leave a lingering flavor in your mouth which is nice.
