THE PRODUCT IS GREAT. The customer service, not so much. It took me FIVE attempts to get the correct mirror. The first attempt I got the 10x, I decided the 10x was too strong. So I returned it. I then bought the 5x, but instead of the 5x, they sent me the 10x. So I requested a replacement, and stated they sent me the wrong mirror. They ended sending me the 10x again. They proceeded to do this 1 more time. Finally I initiated a refund and rebought the 5x mirror and they finally sent it, the mirror we go was broken, so I had to return that mirror. Finally I was able to get the product as advertised. Like I said it’s a great mirror, but incompetent people are sending out your orders.Also, Amazon didn’t do anything to fix the situation.

The overall look of the mirror is great, however, the light arrived broken/not working. All we could get it to do was blink. The light never fully turned on. Also, after installing it, we realized how annoying and cumbersome it would be to change the batteries as they are not easily accessible.

It’s just what I was looking for. Light and not to much magnification so that everything is distorted. Hangs perfectly on my wall b

Hard to install, difficult to level, mechanism is stiff and awkward to move. Needed to use my own mounting hardware because that provided was largely useless.

the mirror is not working right. what should I do ? the light wont come on with batteries or power cord. it comes on sometimes when you move the mieeor up and down and sometimes.

This 7 inch diameter mirror is double sided with normal viewing and 5x magnification. it lights up using batteries so no outlets or chargers are needed. Optionally, you can plug it in if an outlet is close by. The light is a bit dim. It helps illuminate the face but doesn't replicate daylight or bright offices.Installing this mirror is easy. I did it. And I can't do anything usually. (I task my husband with anything that needs to be "installed".) It has an arm that swings out and the mirror tilts to adjust to the exact way I want it. The mirror is clear with very little distortion. I installed it in a room I use for my seasonal clothing and shoes as well as where I often apply my make up. Along with the natural light in the room, this mirror is bright enough for even tweezing brows and other precise work. At night with just the room light and the mirror light, it is a little tougher to do that sort of thing.I am happy with the mirror and tend to use it more than I expected. I removed a star because the light is fairly dim and batteries drain really quickly. Of course, there is the plug that I can use but an outlet is a ways away. I like the mirror overall and am glad to have it. It is super useful.

Beautiful mirror! The mirror is large, much larger than I expected! One side is a normal mirror and on the flip side is a magnified mirror which is great for tweezing eyebrows or putting contacts in. It was simple to mount on my wall with the exception of the screw holes on the mount itself don’t go vertically, make sure and hold the entire mirror up with the mount to ensure it doesn’t go on crooked the first time like it did for me. I like that I have the option to either use batteries or plug it in. Looks great in bathroom and I highly recommend!

My husband installed this mirror in our master bath, and I use it to do my hair and makeup. The magnification side is 5X, so it's magnified enough to see everything well, but not so much that there's distortion. The 1X side is great for doing my hair.The mirror is lighted and takes 4 C batteries. This makes it heavy so make sure you either attach to a wall stud or use wall anchors. I found that the batteries last about six months with 10 minute or so daily use. The light is bright and really helps when applying makeup.If I had to change anything, it would be to make arm pull out a little easier.Four stars.
