Disappointed
Disappointed. Heavy , difficult to get up & down

Excellent product I purchased one of these umbrellas in May 2024…it is sturdy, wind proof and well designed. The spokes never broke, the ends never came off. In 2026 while closing the umbrella, a mechanism inside the umbrella burst. I contacted the seller, immediately and without hesitation they shipped off a new umbrella. To my pleasant surprise they even followed up to see when the product was delivered and informed me. With this type of after sales service and my previous experience with the product, I had no hesitation in purchasing this current umbrella for my husband.

I haven’t actually had to use it yet, but have opened and closed it a few times to check it out and show it off. It comes with a lifetime warranty. It was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I listened and ordered it.

I have not used the umbrella at this time. While the Milpitas area has not experienced rain recently, the umbrella appears to be a reliable and easily portable item that should serve well when needed.
