I got this product to help with a hamstring injury I sustained, which appeared to be high hamstring tendonitis. The compression was able to help in alleviating the pain I felt when walking and sitting, the majority of the time eliminating it altogether. A couple weeks later the compression started to feel a bit looser. While my leg was better off at that point than when I began to use it, I still wanted to maintain the original compression pressure when I ordered the product. Sparthos sends out emails following up with customers about purchases, so it just so happened that I noticed it when the issue arised. The customer service agent was very helpful and understanding, and offered either a full refund or to send out a replacement. I opted for the replacement which came in the mail today. I don't usually leave reviews, but given how dedicated this company is to ensuring their customers are satisfied with their purchase it would be wrong not to share my experience.

I pulled my hamstring a few weeks ago and have been using this item to get back into dancing. It's really helping me - not only does it feel good, it's working! I am a 5'6" 132lb girl, and I had to order the XXL (even though my legs are pretty slim, as you can see in the picture).

I the people complaining about sizing being too small just don't understand what compression is supposed to feel like. I measured the middle of my right thigh, and it was 19 3/4". According to their sizing, L goes up to 19 3/4", and XL starts at 19 3/4". I decided to go with L, to make sure that I get enough compression. Even though my leg is at the top end for size L, it fits perfectly. I get a nice & tight compression from it. The length is good.. covers my whole thigh from my crotch to my knee. Might be a tad long, but the material is stretchy, so I can adjust it a bit shorter to fit my leg.The fabric is thick and coarse weave, much coarser and thicker than my CWX calf sleeves. This makes them nice and warm in cold weather, but too warm for hot weather. The quality is very good, and they feel like they will last a while. They have silicone bands around the insides at the ends, to prevent slippage. I found the silicone to be a bit sticky and uncomfortable at first, and the coarse weave made me a little bit itchy, but after wearing them for a few hours, I got used to the feeling. This is my 2nd day of wearing them, and I've gotten accustomed to the feeling now. I can wear them all day, with no issues.I would not hesitate to recommend these with no reservations for cool to medium temperatures. I took off one star only because I prefer the thinner/tighter weave of my CWX sleeves. If I could, I would give it 4 1/2 stars.There is a chemical smell when you first take it out of the package, which dissipates after about 1/2 hour.

Doesnt fit right and very uncomfortable 😔 Would have tried to replace for a bigger size but unfortunately I ran out of time on my return policy and couldn't due to my injury.Edit 9/21/18The company got in touch with me after seeing my review and offered me a refund or to replace the product which was totally unexpected and so kind of them. Seeing as how I really wanted the sleeve, I got the replacement. They shipped it to me super fast and without any charges. I work at busch gardens in the entertainment department and let me tell you - this thing is a BLESSING. I’m absolutely in love with it. It fits just right and doesn’t slide even with extreme, and I mean a LOT, of sweat and moving around. It’s comfortable and just tight enough. It’s made my leg injury much more bearable and I’m able to work without needing any accommodations or extra breaks. A huge thank you to Laura for helping me. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and recommending this to all the performers I work with!

The 2-pack of compression sleeves are high quality. They offer mild support and were what I was looking for. Two warnings though - watch the sizing, I typically wear size medium in everything but I needed XL in these and the XLs feel snug. Second if you are going to run in these you either need to wear both or plan for a brush burn on the leg without a sleeve.

I'm new to compression products and already returned one pair of leggings due to fit issues. I figured I'd give the Sparthos Compression Sleeves a try although I was worried about sizing and their ability to stay in place during a run. My upper thighs measure about 20" around and my clothing is generally medium in size, so I ordered the medium sleeves...perfect. At first I thought they might be too tight but my circulation never felt inhibited and I soon became used to the feeling of them. On a run they stayed put and didn't need any adjusting. The construction is solid and the price is right. I love 'em!

Followed the instructions to measure and find the right size. Fits perfect, fabric is soft and goes easily in the washing machine, stayed the same after many washes. It is really helping my hamstring pain.
