I was so pleasantly surprised at how light and fluffy this cake is! It’s not super sweet either! It’s perfect just by itself as a lightly sweet snack with some coffee. My husband loved it with whipped cream on top, and I am willing to bet this would be amazing with vanilla ice cream or even a strawberry sorbet! I will most definitely be buying this cake mix again! I think I will buy some fresh strawberries to put on top with some light whipped cream next time! Yum! I highly recommend!
