Tastes great and is a great value
Was surprised at the flavor for such a value priced product. You get a decent sized container at an extremely great price. I've been using onions to substitute for onion powder in my soups, and to be honest I don't like dried onions or chopped onions in my soups, but I like the flavor. This is a really nice product because it is granulated, and it basically dissolves in your dishes when you cook. I even use it as a topping on other foods and it's really good on rice, pizza, meats...etc... Compared to other brands I've had in the past, I might even say that this brand has more flavor... might be up for debate though when you consider freshness.. etc. -Flavor is sort of sweet like a vidalia onion, not like a white onion. -Doesn't really have much scent, not powerful -Has a granulated texture, not quite powdered. Either way, I don't think that you're going to be disappointed with this brand. I do suggest. Foodie/home cook certified (I'm not a chef)

Good Quality
Amazon onion powder is flavorful and a great value. The grains of the powder are not clumped together. It adds the perfect flavor punch to soups, potatoes, eggs, and pasta dishes. I love that it comes in a nice container and stays fresh for a long time. For everyday cooking, this onion powder works just as well as more expensive brands. Definitely a pantry staple!

Amazon products are better than name brand products
I order onion and garlic powder faithfully. I use them on a daily basis when cooking. My meat has to be seasoned well... amzon prices are definitely reasonable and much cheaper than the grocery store.
