Fantastic chips, prompt delivery
Wonderful service, wonderful product. Only thing is several of the chips were broken and unusable. No biggie, since I ordered quite a lot. Just an fyi.

Beautiful Clay Poker Chips
First of all: The Milano chips were coated with a white powder residue and appeared dull, but that was expected. Once I cleaned them up and applied a light coat of mineral oil, the chips true color came out. Gorgeous and very classy. I couldn't be more satisfied. A huge upgrade from my old plastic dice chips. Now Shipping and Packaging: Shipping was fast and arrived before the estimated arrival date. The box had a huge puncture hole in it and a few chips were damaged. Not sure who to blame on that one. Which leads me to Customer Service.Customer Service: I contacted Claysmith Gaming and I told them what had happened. They sent me replacement chips ASAP. Awesome customer service!Overall: Very satisfied with the experience and I'll be ordering more Milano chips from Claysmith Gaming (via Amazon) in the future as the need arises.

3) I made three orders of red chips and the third order chips' color were a bit more faded then the others 4) stickers used instead of heat pressed 5) feel of the chip isn't as nice In conclusion
There are really only two options for buying clay poker chips:1) buy casino quality chips which run $1.50 to $2.00 per chip (eg. Cpc) or2) pay $0.40 per chip and buy these type of chips.Anything cheaper than these and the quality drops off way faster than the price. That said, the differences in quality between these chips and the ones that are 4-5 times more expensive include:1) these break every once in a while (once when someone smashed a stack down, once when one fell on the floor, so order a few extra)2) the sizes of the blue and red chips I bought are SLIGHTLY different (height of 60 red chips equal 61 blue chips) which is a problem.3) I made three orders of red chips and the third order chips' color were a bit more faded then the others4) stickers used instead of heat pressed5) feel of the chip isn't as niceIn conclusion, you get what you pay for. These are MUCH better than the crap which is less expensive (thus 5 stars) but also a real step down from great chips.

Absolutely recommended
First, these chips are spectacular. Exactly what I'd hoped they would be. True clay, they're the right look, sound, and feel. The ONLY sad thing was three of my chips were broken upon receipt. I bought 1,000 and haven't checked all thoroughly, but it seems all damage occurred in a single sleeve of $5's.The packaging was mostly very well done. $1's and $500's came in a bag where the thin plastic holding the chips broke so the bag was full of chips, but no damage done.$5, $25, and $100 denominations came in perfectly sized zip-lock bags and all those chips arrived contained. Somehow this better wrapping was also the only source of damage.Kind of sad my full 1000 chip set is now 3 chips shy, but the overall quality is outstanding and this is an easy 5-star.(I've included a picture so you can see the color of the chips after some use, when the initial dust from production wears off. They look great before, and in my opinion even better after some use)

Just Like Vegas
I wanted gaming chips that were as realistic to the major casinos so I could practice my chip tricks. These are as close to the real thing as I have ever had. Weight, texture, and size are indistinguishable from real casino chips.

Wow! These feel just like Casino Chips!
Honestly, I was surprised. These chips are much better than I was expecting. They truly do feel casino quality. The only difference between these, and Casino chips are the way they shuffle. The casino chips that I have from my local Hard Rock casino definitely shuffle smoother, but for the price that the Milanos are, I can't complain. Very happy with these. I am going to buy a 1000 or 500 piece set now.

Great quality, but...
UPDATEthey solved it fast—-...batch came with 5 faulty chips (no value on it, clearly sticker fell off before packaging)Very disappointed, I bought this expensive chip because I wanted top notch quality for my game set. Hopefully the rest (I bought 500) are not affected. Will ask for resend the 5 faulty

China clays. Decent.
Decent chips. Kinda chalky. Weight and size comparable to Paulson. Purchased these to expand my Paulson set and closest I could find to match. Slightly larger diameter. Overall a decent chip.
