I bought it for off-roading and emergency use, but it’s come in handy for way more than that — camping trips, digging out of mud, even breaking up frozen ground in winter.The carbon steel feels solid and heavy-duty, not like the flimsy ones you find at big box stores. The folding design makes it super compact, and it fits perfectly in the back of my Jeep. It also comes with a tough carrying case, which is a nice bonus.The pick feature is awesome for breaking up tough soil or rocky ground. I’ve used it to dig fire pits, clear brush, and even clean sand around my tires. It handles all of it with no problem.If you’re into off-roading, camping, or just want a solid emergency tool for your car, this shovel is 100% worth it. Feels like a tool I’ll have for years.

I bought this for my wife to use on our rock hounding trips. It’s great!! It’s compact and has a case. I like that it has the added pick on the opposite side of the shovel head, which is perfect for picking or scooping. It is solidly built and doesn’t feel like it’ll break very easily. All that at a great price!!

Shorter than expected, but still useful. The dig head is also very small, so it's best used for small jobs or small holes I guess. Their folding standard shovel is better IMO. Quality is good though. I've beat on mine a few times and it's holding.

Picked this for remote camping as it fit the multi-tool factor. Handles digging holes to bury gold for debt collectors in NV and the mountains of crisp Utah. Folds compact enough, the functions and weight far exceed expectations. Could easily recommend this for all uses.

This has been such a great little tool. Have had it for 3 years now. Use it all the time to prospect for gold and dig through the gravels. No rust super durable. Definitely recommend others to get this for any type of small yard work or small digging needs that you may have.

Whether you’re burying poop of mistakes, this shovel is the best. I left time capsules all over the western us with this bad boy! Very compact and sturdy! Probably too heavy for backpacking though…

Overall quality is good, purchased for foraging. Compact size & easy to fold. So far has stayed rather sharp & is easily utilized. Great value!
