Otherwise if it's mixed into candy or chocolate and used in silicon molds. It does not stain. **Q: Can you use this for candy apples?** A: Yes **Q: Can I mix booster with gel food color to paint on chocolate cake pops?** A: I have not tried it, so I wouldn't know. I only use it to color white chocolate and I have not had any issues.
