With any mechanical device we buy nowadays there is invariably "some assembly required". This device is no different but it does require some dexterity to get the wheels on. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Poor Quality *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2019* Cart is not as good quality as I would have liked. The handle was all scratched up and one area had very deep scratches. Came intact with only the wheels needing to be installed, but was very time consuming based on the location of the bolts, some were very close to the frame and were not easy to access and I could not use a socket to tighten. The rear rotating wheels that it came with are cheap and do not rotate smoothly, it's almost like the ball bearings need grease or something. I actually would have preferred a"push" cart with the rotating wheels on the front, I don't want to spend the time moving the rotating wheels to the front since the bolts are not easy to access using a socket. I love the size and some of the features (fold down handle, lockable wheels, extendable base, etc), too bad it isn't made better. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars No Manual and No Tool to Help with Assembly! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2019* Enclosed sheet says to read the manual! What manual? There was no manual and only a picture for showing the wheels with no tool to use! Maybe it is a good product but not so if you cannot get the wheels on. Sending this back unless someone at this company can help with a manual and tool!
