Instructions state to remove battery cover after removing 5 screw knows. No problem. But instructions do not state that you will have to remove the seat first. Then instructions are not clear on how to remove seat in order to turn on master switch in battery compartment. It took 4 paramedics to figure out how to remove the seat (pull lever and seat at the same time). And then a main wire to the battery was pulled out. One of those push wire into spring loaded connector. Nice appearance, love the front and rear lights. Turn signal lights are a bonus. Had a great front basket with lid. All in all it appears to be well designed and well made. Really like the rear grab bar so that you can manually move the scooter around in tight spaces. Time will tell how dependable the scooter is. After my initial test ride the most noticeable thing is the lack of maneuverability.
