Not sure I'm not missing something but; It follows pulse rate for 24 hrs with a 5 minute snapshot recorded on mobile device. However, whilst running/jogging/brisk walking it only occasionally shows the correct heart rate. For many minutes it shows a normal pulse (about 70bpm) when I know it should be showing and recording in the regions of 135. When I slow down to a slow walk the readout does then increase to what I assume is the correct heart rate. The sleep monitor and pedometer are interesting but not recording actual heart rate in real time and at the critical times is not good. I was trying to avoid the expense of a 'fitbit' as I am not going to be wearing this all day everyday. ### ⭐ Nothing about this is accurate *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2018* This does not accurately track distance. It's accuracy in tracking heart rate is hit or miss. The pictures show it tracks blood pressure but if you scroll to an obscure part at the bottom of the page you'll see it doesn't. It also does not accurately track sleep. The app you have to use for it is in really bad English and there's no way to manually enter exercise after you exercise (which would be nice to do since it doesn't accurately track exercise).
