I measured myself before ordering and it was still a little too small in the bust. But fit everywhere else nicely. I ordered the next size up, hopefully it will fit. I usually wear a 12 or 14 in dresses, and the xl was too small. But I do have a large 38/d or even DD bust ... if you have small chest, I'm sure your usual size will work. But large busted girls may have to order a size up. I will update my review once I get the larger size.All in all, it is a gorgeous dress. It is not white by any means. It is a darker shade of ivory.
