I'm finding this oil to be very effective for skin issues. I have consumed 1/2 teaspoon for a few days. There were no side effects. But I'm aware that this is a powerful medicine and not to be consumed daily like regular food. I'm also aware that interactions are there with some medications. I'm not on any meds currently. I take this whenever I feel a bit like having flu. I feel recovered in 2,3 days. Nice to mix with honey. A great bottle of defense to have on my shelf.
