I was keen to understand how to cook protein, veg and carbs in layers but yet to find anything to help. I'm sure there will be a recipe or two I might follow but very disappointing. Would be better off buying individual pressure cook, slow cook etc recipe books. Review: Just be aware that it is American. Much of the content, ingredients and methods, don't seem compatible with UK methods.
