A multi functional GPS smartwatch that syncs easily with your smartphone. Excellent battery life if simply being used as a watch (lasts for a couple of weeks). The battery will run down much more quickly if the GPS tracking or navigation function is being used but is still decent. The GPS can be set to give OS map references and is extremely accurate. I have used it to navigate trails preloaded by way of GPX file and it performed admirably. It is waterproof and as a result I now know the effect of ice bath plunging on my heart rate. It isn't as good looking as other Garmin watches but then it isn't nearly as expensive. These observations are based on four months of usage.

Fabulous purchase

45mm was the right size for me - doesn’t feel too large 90% of the time. Notice it sleeping if wearing it for sleep tracking. The user interface is basic but functional. I used it to follow a 30mile gpx route off road which I transferred from OS maps website to garmin web app and it synced easily to watch. The gps is pretty accurate and the battery lasts ages - over the space of a week I tracked five mtb bike rides over 70 miles and it still had plenty charge. The basic screen and UI is the trade off for great battery life and I bought this for multi day bikepacking so perfect for me Heart rate and blood oxygen is good. Sleep tracking is a bit hit and miss but still useful to see. Watch strap is comfy on wrist though I might get a canvas strap at some point as an alternative. Training advice and target setting has been more helpful than I anticipated but I expect after six weeks some of the novelty might wear off - will update if I remember If I bought again I’d be tempted with the solar, and I’d be tempted with a better screen but I keep coming back to battery life being the main reason I chose it and it does everything I need it to.

Great battery life, it says 16 days but I get over 20. I had an older Garmin that worked but seemed to be lagging when syncing with my phone, so glad I picked this one. Good looking, rugged yet sophisticated. Does everything that Garmin’s do beautifully.

Mooi en degelijk horloge, maar voor mij is dit model niet geschikt, te kleine letters en te veel op het scherm zonder leesbril kan ik het niet lezen. En dat is niet de bedoeling. Ik wil b.v. de hartslag in één keer goed kunnen zien zonder leesbril en dat is voor mij bij dit model niet mogelijk. Wellicht dat één van de duurdere modellen wel geschikt is voor mij. Maar dat moet ik nog gaan uitzoeken en bestellen. Het horloge zelf is bijzonder licht van gewicht, niet de dik en heel veel mogelijkheden. Dus dat dit merk het gaat worden is zeker, nu het juiste model nog. Ook de zeer lange accuduur is een groot pulspunt en het niet verplicht hoeven te koppelen aan een telefoon is perfect.

Lange Akkulaufzeit. Bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr angenehm zum Tragen.
