Quality product
The best supplement for pregnant women out there. Worth the money. Keeps energy up and checks all the health boxes on top of eating well. Have been using wild nutrition for years and swear by it. Definitely worth the money

Good product
Took this throughout pregnancy and am still taking it whilst breastfeeding. Feel like it’s given me good immunity as I haven’t had many bugs whilst taking it. Like the fact it is more natural also.

Does the job
Truthfully it’s my first pregnancy so it’s difficult to compare these to other vitamins (other than the ones NHS provide you). I imagine they’re doing what they need to do and I trust that they’re a high quality product. Only problem for me is they taste absolutely vile and having to take three rather large pills while suffering with pretty bad morning (all day) sickness was extremely difficult. So I took the NHS ones on the days I was struggling and these on the other days.

Can't really tell if I did benefit from the vitamin but I didn't have issues taking it.

I’ve been taking Omega-3 supplements throughout my breastfeeding journey, and I truly feel the benefits every day. As a new mum, I’m often tired and pulled in all directions, but since I started taking these, I’ve noticed better focus, more stable mood, and less brain fog. What I also love is knowing I’m supporting my baby’s brain and eye development through my breastmilk — it gives me peace of mind. I only wish I had started even earlier during pregnancy!

Not worth your money
I have been taking these religiously and still ended up anaemic. And I eat plenty of meat too.
