After using this washer for a while, I can honestly say it's been a great upgrade. My old machine always seemed to leave towels feeling stiff and clothes never quite smelled as fresh as I'd hoped. This one has been a completely different experience.The steam cycle was one of the main reasons I bought it, and it's actually more useful than I expected. It does a great job on everyday stains and seems to freshen up clothes that have been sitting in the laundry basket a little too long. I still pretreat really stubborn stains, but I've definitely noticed fewer items needing a second wash.One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is. Even during the spin cycle, it doesn't sound like it's trying to take off across the laundry room. I can run it in the evening without feeling like the whole house knows I'm doing laundry.The drum is a nice size too. It easily handles comforters, large towel loads, and bulky blankets without feeling crammed. My clothes also seem to come out with less wear and tear compared to my old top-loader.I was a little intimidated by all the different wash settings at first, but after using it a few times, everything became pretty straightforward. The controls are easy to navigate, and I like having options depending on what I'm washing.Overall, I'm really happy with this washer. It cleans exceptionally well, runs quietly, and the steam feature isn't just a gimmick—it actually makes a noticeable difference. If you're looking for a dependable front-load washer with plenty of capacity and useful features, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a look.

After having my old Kenmore washer and dryer that lasted 18 good years, I decided to start searching for a new combo. Unfortunately, Kenmore has stopped their production. I started searching all other brands for over a year and was not happy with any of them. I was considering GE profile which it was the most recommended one. I'm glad I didn't make that big mistake. I'm extremely happy with this pair of work horses I got from Kenmore. Well built, it's strong and made of high quality components. Love that it let's you know exactly how many minutes the cycle will last. I already washed 4 very stained and dirty winter coats in it and they came out spotless clean!!! The tub is good size for a big loads, including quilts. Noise level is very low. Easy to use and allows you to customize your settings. I highly recommend this product. I know it will last me another good 15+ years, and that's enough for me. Worth every penny!!!

Item arrived damaged- there is a huge caved in dent along the back and left side edge of the washer like it was dropped or rammed into by something. The shipping bolts were also warped and wedged in like they were improperly jammed in. I’m trying to figure out the logistics of having to return such a huge item, as I’m not able to move it myself due to disabilities. Incredibly disappointed about this and not sure how to proceed, going to try and get in contact with customer service.

We are super happy with this washer. It is nice and quiet. We are able to use it inside the home. We are happy with the size of it, and it fits our family well. It's easy to operate, so even the kids can wash clothes. I think it's worth the price.

I’m not going to comment on the washing ability. I’m going to say only one thing bad about it. The door hinges on the left side. It can’t be reversed. If your laundry room is small, this will be a problem. These machines are huge. I’m still trying to think how I can handle this problem.

Works great, Its very quiet which I appreciate. It is a heavy machine so you will need helpers to get it in place and level. Make sure to follow instructions removing the safety Bolts installed to keep the drum from moving in shipping. They are easy to remove along with the plugs the sit in. I have trsted this machine with huge loads and not only can it handle it no more hearing my washing machine walking away bahaha this thing aint moving!!

I love my new washing machine! I can’t brag enough about the delivery, the guys were great and went above and beyond taking the washing machine out of the box for me:) The machine is a lot bigger than I expected, but runs pretty quiet and all settings seem to function properly. It looks nice and it’s a great buy overall!
