Real Health Bioglan Kids Smart Omega 3 Fish Oil, 30 Chewable Burstlets

I buy from amazon prime all the time & rarely ever write a review but when the pickiest 8yr old child tells you these fish oil tablets "aren't even that bad mom" after I gave him a long speach about them tasting awful, like fish oil but that they were medicine for him & he needed to take them and not spit them out. I knew I had to write a review because If you're like me, you are concerned with waisting money on something your child will spit out & whine about & be unable to ingest.I didn't have him chew it, I just used some scissors to cut off the "fish tale" & I squeezed all the oil into his mouth. He's not a bad or bratty kid but he has a very sensitive gag reflex. We can't even take him to see puppies at an animal shelter or dog store because the smell of the cleanest place makes him gag & get sick usually right at the door before we've even really walked in. Which is why I tried to explain that it was going to be an awful taste but to please not spit it out. To my surprise he didn't think it was awful & his gag reflexes weren't triggered. Which to me is amazing because when I was about ten my mother would give me fish oil pills and the fish tasting burps they produced sent me gagging to the bathroom.I'll recommend these to any parent.

My 8 year old usually doesn’t like the taste of these type of vitamins. This one he loves. It does say that you can eat the capsule or break it open. He likes to break it open. It is orange flavored. The price is really good for these too!

I am so upset. I thought I FINALLY FOUND THE ONE FISH OIL PILL that my kids would ACTUALLY TAKE! But you changed the ingredients! THEY ARE SO FISHY TASTING NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE THEM AT ALL, NOT EVEN FOR $$$$ THAT I OFFERED THEM. I can't blame them I won't take them either!These are supposed to be "kid friendly". DON'T MAKE THEM SCARE AWAY THE KIDS!I will NOT be buying these again. They used to be a nice orange flavor. NOT ANYMORE!

As you can see, ours came in perfect condition. I tried one first and didn't notice any fishy taste at all. Tasted like some kind of orange flavor. The outer part did take some chewing but it wasn't bad at all. Also, it's worth noting that the kids don't even need to swallow the outer part. When my 4 year old finally tried one, she loved it so much she wanted another immediately. I understand not all kids will like these but don't let the reviews scare you. You never know. I will do another review after a few weeks to see if it made a difference in her hyper behavior.

Both my 1.5 year old and 4 year old love these. We've done it both ways, twisting off the tail and squirting the oil in their mouths, and just having them chew and swallow the whole fishy, either way is fine for them. They have a good amount of DHA, and the kids love them, but after doing some research, I don't think I will be ordering these next time. I will be looking for a non-fish oil form, like algae based DHA, to avoid the possibility of mercury and other toxins and contaminates that come with using fish. If you're looking for a fish oil DHA for your little ones, give this one a go, I just would like to look for a different option.

My kids like the taste and I love that the case is eatable for kids so they can have an additional treat. They are worth the value and I will be buying them on a regular basis.

My daughter hates these , we got them to try with nemechek protocol but switched back to original item we purchased before. I did like that these looked like gummy treats and so it helped to get my daughter to take them at first but after a week or so she refused them and said no more fish because she said she could taste the flavor advertised just a fish taste. If you are looking for something to trick your child into taking fish oil this may help but my child insist that the taste is not pleasing

I was unsure how my 6 year old son was going to react to this product after reading all these parents claiming it taste so bad. I believe if you regularly eat sushi or fish every so often then your child won't have a bad taste reaction. My son didn't really complain about the juice or fishy taste just the outer coating was a little chewy. He love's it so much he keeps reminding me if he can have one yet. Main reason I got this product is because my son has these ongoing motor ticks and as a parent its heart breaking to watch. Its only been 2 days since he took them , I really hope it helps.
