It's sometimes a challenge to find a supplement that isn't enhanced with a whole lot of other ingredients that aren't needed or desired. This product provides the magnesium I need and nothing else. I wish I'd paid closer attention to the description of the tablet itself - it's HUGE! I sometimes have difficulty with swallowing so that aspect was a bit off-putting.

These are an Amazing supplement for helping my body recover from the stress of working on Concrete all day. The aches and pains are Relieved! This also helps me to get restful sleep, I take 2 tablets every night before bed and sleep through the night, I wake up rested and no groggy feeling.

I have been taking this supplement a few weeks now, probably a little soon to tell a real difference. I will say that it is“ easy on the stomach “ 👍I haven’t had any issues.
