While in Paris we purchased this salt to bring home with us and were happy to see that we could purchased additional salt once back in the US. I prefer this salt over a different popular brand as the flakes tend to be a little smaller and more manageable than a larger flake.

This is the best salt you can buy in my opinion. Perfect in every way….taste, grind, texture, flavor. Makes all dishes step up to the next level.

A great finishing salt. Highly recommended for those who are exacting in the dishes they prepare. There is a difference between cooking (kosher salt) and finishing salt. More of a crunch in finishing salt.

I cannot use any other salt.

I have also given this salt as a gift to friends and they are always surprised at how much better this salt tastes, and crunches, than anything they've tried before. I also love the packaging. I like to sprinkle a pinch or two on top of, say, a steak, or eggs, or fresh tomatoes; enhancing the crunch and taste of whatever I've prepared. I am a cheapskate and if I am willing to pay for premium salt, you can bet it's wonderful and absolutely worth it since the little carton lasts a very long (and happy) time. "Thank you, France!"

Come da titolo, ho acquistato il prodotto aspettando 3 confezioni da 125 gr l'una; invece nel pacco vi era una confezione sola. Per giunta la confezione non è conforme alla immagine del prodotto acquistato.
