what is best size for 5 ft 6 136 pounds Do they leave lint on the inside?

Hi, I am 5ft 6 130 pounds and my daughter is 5ft 8 135 pounds. Both of us are using S-M size. Leggings are very comfortamble not tight at all. They leave just a small amount of lint on the inside. For me it is ok. I recommend them.

I think S/M would work. As for going outside in 28-degree weather, the leggings might be just a bit warmer than jeans, but are they going to keep your legs toasty in those temps? No. You'd need a Carhartt or ski suit for that.
