I think they are working like it says on the bottle. Not sure how much of a benefit they are providing but I don’t feel like I’m forgetting as much. No real energy boost or anything but I don’t feel more tired either. They go down easy enough ( a little smaller than the size as a multivitamin) without any upset stomach or negative side affects.

I know many people swear these help them improve their memory, focus and alertness, but I personally found no significant improvement for me when taking these.
