Its been 2 weeks since i am using it and i found change in my hair quality as well as declining facial pigmentation. lets see after completing first bottle.

I bought this because the reviews looked good. The price seemed to be cheaper than usual and in capsule form i wouldn't have to deal with the horrible taste that collagen powders usually have. On the bottle the dosage is given as one capsule per day. But the quantity in each capsule is 800mg which is 0.8 grams of collagen. The daily requirement for an adult is between 10 to 20 grams per day! So that 0.8 grams is not enough at all. Even if you took 10 capsules a day. I tried it anyway because of the reviews. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin or hair or nails. I suppose there couldn't be with this dosage. I don't think it does anything bad either. But don't expect miracles with this. Marine collagen powders are usually expensive but at least it has some effect. This one however, is like spending your money and getting nothing in return.

This actually works. I’ve been using this collagen for past 3 months and got visible results. My skin was extremely dry earlier. After using this, now my skin texture is much better. I’d definitely recommend this one.
