You can’t really go wrong with a 2:1:1 BCAA blend, and Crazy Muscle has a great pill-based formula for a relatively low price. I definitely notice a decrease in the amount of soreness I experience following a lift, and feel like I have a short recovery time. I play soccer at a high level and also weight lift, so optimum recovery is crucial for me. This is a product I would definitely recommend if you’re competing in activities outside of the gym. It’s hard to keep your body from getting exhausted and overworked, but I notice much better performance when I added these BCAAs to my routine. It’s especially helpful if I have two a day practices or want to lift and play on the same day.

I was looking for something I could take for Super Hero Nutrition that wasn't Hollywood Supps since I was not sure how these would work and didn't want to invest too much if the supplements didn't work out for me or the nutrition rules. I'm happy to say that these work well for me. I definitely can feel them kick in during my workouts. You feel a burst of energy and can really push through. I have less DOMS than I would without taking these because I started ab wheel roll outs after a long time and they did not feel as torn up as they could have been. These are big "horse pills" and not caplets so you'll have to gulp these down. That's the only negative for me but not worth taking a star from.

I am very skeptical of new products for working out, this company makes some good stuff. The BCAAs work great after two weeks. I feel less muscle fatigue and I workout a minimum of 3x a week and indoor rock climb 2x a week. I love the convenience of pill form. However, it is a good size pill to swallow.

Ref. My Creatine (Three-atine) review - this is a repeat since I speak about both products: For me, this has worked. I first started just using the creatine for about a month to give it a shot and it definitely helped me increase some muscle mass. Admittingly, I’m not a novice at lifting but with time constraints I wanted the 3-4 days I can get into the gym to count. After about 1 month and seeing the results, I decided to add the BCAA 2-1-1 and that helped send all the necessary proteins I was lacking to help the muscle really define itself and maintain shape/form/strength and reduction in recovery soreness, etc. Make sure to eat a lot of protein/water for best results. Conclusion: I’m 38, I was 178 lbs, strong -> seemed like I lost weight and got bigger/more defined/leaner and now am at 188 lbs. in 2 months - and stronger with less squeekes in the joints.

My only experience with BCAAs prior to this was a generic Vitamin Shoppe BCAA powder. I thought it was good, but I didn’t realize the importance of a quality BCAA over generic ones. Also, I like controlling my supplements, so I’m not a big fan of BCAAs that are lumped in with other things like what’s in C4 or other pre-workout powders. The pill form has its advantage over the powder because I’m not trying to pour a scoop of powder into my water bottle. I simply pop in a few pills prior to working out and I’m good to go. I’ve noticed an increase in energy and my recovery is better. I don’t feel like I’m an old man walking up a flight of stairs after a vigorous leg day. I will continue to use this product for the foreseeable future. My wife also takes these pills as the other ingredients do not interfere with her dietary needs, whereas other powders and pills often have ingredients that she cannot take.

Horse pills with sharp edges. They worked and gave me energy and were less than half the price of the Hollywood BCAAs I wanted to get but gracious I had a hard time getting these things down. Ended up switching to something else but they do work and have a great price.

I have been trying to find ways to make sure I don't miss out on my BCAA's during my keto diet and weight loss. I have been trying to cut back a bit on protein to avoid breaking ketosis so I have been needing a way to make sure I get all the essential amino acids. In comes this product. While the pills a bit large and a little tough to swallow they do a great job filling in the holes on leucine, isoleucine, and valine. I have noticed that I have not lost any lifting power during my weight loss journey and I feel I have this to thank for partly. I will continue to use these so I don't lose any strength.
