After taking the NOW Foods for a week, I am finding little to no therapeutic effect - even at 1000 mg per day! The difference in effect is so major, that I will not bother using any more of the NOW Foods product, and have just ordered more Pure Encapsulations! I've found they have a 180, 100 mg bottle for $30.30, and with desertcart Prime, no shipping cost. Considering the relief I receive from this brand, $30.30 per month is a reasonable cost for such a helpful medication - with no side effects.
