Dr. Trotter who developed this is my urologist. I had to have a very large kidney stone removed 3yrs ago. It the worst experience of my life! He and his team are amazing and part of my post op involved regularly drinking this 2/3 times a day. They dissolve quickly and are not bad tasting. I have noticed room temp water helps dissolve them faster than cold. Anything that I can do to help prevent another stone, and also help keep kidneys healthy I will do. And these do exactly that!!

Although I read the reviews, I don’t see how people can drink this. They taste horrible.

I've had 3 kidney stones due to dehydration during daytime hiking plus walking regularly 3 to 7 miles about 4 times a week during the day. I always take about 1 quart of water on those walks with the appropriate dosage of KSP tabs. I've been taking the KSP tabs since August 2021, and have had no new kidney stones so far. This product was recommended by my urologist and seems to help!

Originally ordered these for my husband to take for help in preventing kidney stones (on recommendation from his doctor), but I am now taking it daily myself. Both flavors are great. I was not doing a good job of staying hydrated throughout the day, but now I'm easily reaching my daily goal. Staying hydrated helps your overall health in so many ways, and these tablets provide a convenient, good tasting way to help you achieve that. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I heard about ksptabs through a friend and decided to give them a try. They are amazing. I have always struggled to drink enough water and now I'm easily drinking my daily recommended amount.
