Excellent stone. It feels wonderful in the hand. Smaller than the pictures, but that's okay as it fits as I want it to fit.I've focus-analyzed it for about a week in five to 10 minute sessions. It has a great shape with all of its vibrational rings seemingly originating at the very top of one end and pulsing down when it was formed. There are little speckles of silver throughout.Two small issues. There are two blemished points, with the appearance of not being cleaned well enough. They look like mini black splotches. The other issue is that this rotary tumbled stone doesn't seem to have had the previous polish cleaned off before the final turn as there are some cracks wider than in your usual stone. That comes from polish getting into crevices and widening out in the last tumble.Still, wonderful stone with great energy.

I am editing this review because I noticed it says for banded agate. This review is for the OCEAN JASPER I bought.i got this to give as a gift, so no time to return or exchange. This stone is not a palm stone; it is a paperweight. It photographs better than it looks in person. The lamp I have on caught it just right, I guess. When I gift it, I will suggest keeping it someplace that gets lots of sunlight.The size is good for a small paperweight, not for the palm of a hand. Unless you have very large hands.I had Googled properties and benefits of Ocean Jasper before buying it, so perhaps it will be better on a bedside night stand than in a pocket.

This is a Xmas gift for my girlfriend since she collects wonderful stones like and she absolutely loves it after I gave it to her as an early gift lol. It’s bigger than regular size, beautiful looking with its blend of purple and pink, it’s also heavy. I would buy this again but a different color.

Wasn't certain the stone was going to be as nice as the one shown in the ad, however I was not disappointed with the one I received! I plan on ordering more in the different color options! I have been tumbling rocks for a few months now, and can only hope I can find some as nice as this one to tumble! I plan on ordering some Lake Superior agates from Amazon as soon as I can afford them. I have a hip replacement in the near future, giving me more time at home to tumble stones(it's not a hobby if you are looking for quick results!).

The seller is informing you that it is a Polished stone “Synthetic” but you have to dig some and be knowledgable in it. It is (howlite) Howlite is a borate mineral found in evaporite deposits, often used to imitate turquoise due to its veining patterns.
