Soon after eating it, I developed severe rashes, swelling, and uncontrollable itching all over my body, including my face. This was not mild discomfort — it was a serious allergic reaction that forced me to stop immediately. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to be “healthy” and “safe.” Such reactions raise serious questions about ingredient quality, testing, and transparency. Health-focused branding means nothing if the product can trigger reactions like this. I feel misled and unsafe using this product. People with allergies, sensitive skin, or existing health issues should stay away or consult a doctor first. No consumer should have to risk their health like this. Good Monk needs to take responsibility, improve quality control, and clearly warn consumers about possible reactions.
