I’ve struggled with constipation for years. I have IBS! I drink a cup of this tea, every other night, and I have an easy bowel movement , the next morning. My bowels are regular, because of this tea. Great value for the money. The taste isn’t bad to me, but you can add a teaspoon of honey 🍯 to sweeten it . If you have regular bowel movements, I promise you will be happier, and feel so much better. I recommend this tea, to EVERYONE 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

This Smooth Move tea? It does just what it says!As we get older, things don’t always move as smoothly as they used to. This tea is gentle, and it works overnight, just like it promises. I appreciate that it's made with natural ingredients, and it's not harsh on my stomach. A cup before bed, and I feel much better in the morning. It’s a comforting, herbal tea, and it’s become a regular part of my routine. I've recommended it to my friends, and they’ve had good results too. A reliable and effective tea for occasional relief.

I love this item. It works just as well as prune juice! I get results within a couple of hours. Recommend this over miralax. The taste is good, I get minimal cramping which is expected and for the price I buy them it’s good!

Best tasting senna tea I have tried so far. Mild cramping. Had 2 cups today and the second one was a mistake. Maybe 1 cup a day is ideal.

Capsules - Con: Serving size is 3 capsules; there is only 50 to a bottle. Please make it divisible by 3. Pro: Took 3 capsules at 10pm before bed. Woke up at 1am, 2am, and now 3am with a large, but gentle, bowel movement each time. ZERO cramps. I've been painfully constipated for days now with my stool just too hard and large to pass. I've recently changed my diet to include daily fiber and it's been rough. I normally get the tea, which is also good, but this heatwave makes it impossible to drink hot beverages. Highly recommend these capsules. Just wish it came as a 60 count.

I am always trying to find a solution to my Gut problems!! Smooth Moves TEA I make and then combine with 1 tea bag of Rishi Chamomile Medley Herb Tea. I get 2-3 servings from this combination, keep refrigerated until ready to heat/sip with the last meal of day. It works well first thing next day without OVERstimulating my system.

This tea really works. For those who have abdominal pain with this you have to make sure you are well hydrated; not just the liquid in the cup of tea. Drink water too.
