I like that you get 8 of them of varying sizes, I just lost mine last night. I must have threw it or something and now can't find it. It's better that they are cheap because of that happening alot to me. They are less bulky then others I have used. The only thing is that when you put them in hot water, they shrink in length a bit, so they don't cover your back molars all the way. That's okay though, your molars will not touch or grind. Good product overall and when you get so many you can consider hygiene by switching them if you get sick with the flu. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommend *by G***N on August 23, 2018* For over 5 years I have listened to my Husband while trying to sleep grinding his teeth and then hearing him and watching him in horrible pain the next day. I highly recommend this mouth guard to many! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not moldable enough but beneficial nevertheless *by S***. on September 6, 2018* Started using about 10 days ago to protect a fractured tooth, damaged from grinding during sleep. They may be moldable but not very. About half of the time, the guard falls out while I’m sleeping. Nevertheless, it has provided noticeable benefit. I have nearly no aching in my teeth in the mornings. I will probably swing for a dentist made guard once I’ve had the surgery to replace the fractured tooth in hopes it will fit more snuggly.
