Aveeno Dermexa Emollient Cream 200ml (for very Dry Skin)

I have eczema and live in Mumbai, so humidity and moisturizers are a bad combination for my lip eczema. It flares up, blisters, and weeps. Shea butter laden ones do exactly that. And stuff like hyaluronic acid, allantoin etc only irritates it. I had given up trying to find anything but then decided to give this a shot cause it has colloidal oatmeal, which acecdottaly is said to help dermatitis. And it is formulated with no irritants or shea butter.Saying it worked like a charm would be an understatement. Ik it's expensive, but it's definitely value for money cause the size is big y'all. Completely controlled my chronic eczema, it's at bay now..and I am so happy:)))I was so worried it wasn't gonna be legitimate cause *amazon*..but I'm happy to report it is legit and it works and dermats need to hear about this!! Cause I'm tired of my dermatologist constantly referring me Cetaphil and other shea butter moisturizers that just don't help whatsoever!!

We love this creme for our baby. Intense moisturiser that absorbs well. Thickness is right. No scent.

I have eczema in the interdigital folds of both my hands since the last 5 months that dry out and start bleeding. I have sensitive skin.Applying several dermatologist recommended moisturizers didn't help so I resorted to find something that would give me relief from the severe itching and burning. Aveeno dermexa was a godsend. It relieved the itching, lightened the dark patches and my fingers stopped cutting and bleeding with regular use at night. It takes time to show the results depending on your situation but it helped me when nothing else could. So I would definitely recommend it for people especially if you are suffering from extremely dry skin and eczema. The price is on the higher side but if other moisturizers didn't work for you then this is totally worth the investment.

I LOVE this product. I have dry skin which becomes extremely drier during the winters. I discovered this product when i was suffering from contact dermatitis (my skinn was so dry that normal mositurisers failed to get rid of the dryness) during covid and could not go to the dermatologist. I did my research wanting to find a product that had zero irritants and would give me some relief from the dryness.This product saved me. Its extremely thick and calmed my skin immediately. It formed a layer over my skin which is what i needed. It did not break me out. It has no fragrance and actually smells like plain oats ( which is one of their major ingredients). Its not unpleasant and its not as if the frangrance lasts for you to be put off but its not a product for sensorial experience. Its a product to save your skin and it delivers it. Its 200gms and lasts for a long time and the price is so much cheaper than a lot of normal moisturizers such as neutrogena hydro boost. It has great packaging completely spill proof. I hoard this product like no one's business as it often goes out of stock!!

The skin around my eyes started drying and peeling sometime last year. Moreover, I have a very dry skin. After researching a lot, I realised that they were the early signs of eczema. Hence, I started looking into different creams. I used Episoft. It wasn't quite effective. Then I found Aveeno. So, I bought it even though it is expensive. And voilà! All the signs of eczema disappeared in a few applications. The only problem I was facing was that my makeup was looking patchy if I would wear my makeup over this cream. Later on, I found out that, if I would leave the cream to soak into my skin at least for 10 minutes before applying my makeup, there would not be any issues. And it has been more than a year since I have been using Aveeno and I am not having any issues.One of my colleagues had eczema. I recommended Aveeno to her. And even her eczema has disappeared.P. S. Not everything works for everybody. Some people might not see any results. The reasons could be the skin type, the diet, weather and lifestyle. Fortunately, it worked for me.

I have had very high hopes from this cream but it doesn't work on my skin issue. I'm suffering from eczema since last 9 years and purchased this cream after the recommendations by many you tubers. But, it doesn't work with my expectations. My skin feels itchy again after a few hours of applying this cream Feeling sorry for purchasing this costly cream.

Not better than Aveeno Skin Relief Cream.
