Most of the reviews seemed positive, I generally like South African wines and I really wanted to get into organic, sulphur free wines. However, the first bottle I tried had a really nasty taste. I can't describe it. I tried mixing it into a sangria and then mulling it, but the taste persisted and spoilt the other good ingredients. I ended up tipping half of it down the sink - an unheard of act! The second bottle wasn't quite as bad, but there was still a significant hint of that unpleasant taste. I gave up on that bottle too, and I'm not going to bother with the third.
