When it arrives, the inside cream is off to one side due to positioning of the jar when shipped. I gave it a good stir and let it sit. The quality is just fine; creamy, tasty. Maybe if the jar was completely filled, packed in, it wouldn't do that. But maybe there needs to be a space in there due to expansion, due to the oil. I don't know but it is a good product.
