Review: I absolutely love this clock - I absolutely love this clock. The Nixie tubes are beautiful. The majority of the clock setup is worth the money-- unless you may admire building your own. (I do want to build my own but I lack the self esteem lol) The only reason I didn't give Chronix's clock a 5 star rating is because (In my opinion) they sloppily screwed the case in to the bottom. Two screws were stripped! If anything goes wrong, I'm unable to fix it now!?! Overall, I do love this vintage clock! I only wish they didn't drive the screws in to the point of messing up the base!:/

**Q: Does it have a 12 hour settings or does it only run on military time**
A: According to the instructions it does both 12 and 24 hour formats. I prefer the 24 hour format so I have not tried the other, but the instructions are precise and describes all functions well. This clock is beautiful.

**Q: How do you set the time?**
A: To set the Time just press TIME button. Blinking tubes will indicate adjusted value. Press TIME button to change between hours, minutes and seconds. To set indicated value press SET button. After setting the time press TIME button again to leave time setting mode.

**Q: How do you stop the colon lights from blinking?  Can you adjust these to steady or off mode?**
A: To deactivate colon lamps blinking enter menu mode by pressing ALARM button for 2s. Select option 2 and set its parameter to 0. To leave menu mode and store settings press ALARM button for 2s.

**Q: How long will this last? Does the Second Tube counters ware down those 2 tubes faster than the others or is life expectancy the same on all of them?**
A: Hi, estimated lifespan of nixie tubes is 200 000h (22 years). Nixie tubes displaying seconds won't wear out faster, in fact frequent changing of displayed digits is beneficial for nixie tubes lifespan.
