Good belt belt had to return it
This seemed like a decent belt but I returned it as my wife had purchased another brand for me which I decided to keep. This one was comfortable to wear but the pouches did appear to hang low on the hips. It did appear to be well made and definitely worth the money.

Great layout, good quality, good customer service
This is my second set of these bags and I still love them. CLC is a good company in my opininon. My first set, one of the plastic clips on the suspenders finally stripped out. I called them and they shipped me a new set of suspenders free of charge after I had owe'd these for about 4 years. I finally retired these after about 5 years because they had one pocket tgat finally broke out tge bottom because I slam my nail puller in that paocket every day about 50 times a day. Plus they were so sweaty and stinky it was time... The new set is just as well built as the old set. The layout of the pockets is perfect holding the tape, pencil and other stuff on the right side for my right hand, and the speed square, chalk line and small tools on the left side for my left hand. No need to reach across my chest or hand off tools from left hand to right.

Comfortable and durable at a decent price
I like everything about this tool belt with one exception. The Hook, which is supposedly to hang your screw gun from, is actually a straight up safety hazard. I can't tell you how many times a day the thing catches on ladder rungs, pipe staging, rafters, etc etc. It often impedes my movement to the point of being dangerous. It serves no practical purpose. I took an angle grinder to mine and cut it off. I added a holster with a strap that buckles down to hold my screw gun. Now the belt is nearly ideal. The other improvements I would make is in place of where the hook is I would much prefer another pouch with a strap to hold my snips, which always fall out no matter which pouch I put them in, and a dedicated spot for a speed square that keeps it from falling out. Overall it's a decent belt at an affordable price. This is my third one. They last me 3-4 years with hard use.

I love shifting the weight off my hips
I love shifting the weight off my hips. The LARGE mouthed pockets are great for gloved hands. However the contents of those pockets spill out as soon as you bend over. They make walking through 16"oc framing a challenge. I have yet to figure out how to carry my pry bar without it crashing out. the elastic strapping sewn into the pockets to hold tools are not sized to be useful. For many years I worked out of a CLC electricians belt which worked fairly well however the pockets were tight and hard to see into. I miss having the hammer hoop on the bottom rear corner of the right pocket. Getting a hammer up and into the center back holster is awkward for me, and hazardous when I think it's in, but crash. Likewise the break away hook is aggravating when it swings out of usable position as soon as you lift the tool up and out. I guess I will have to get a second belt for interior trimwork. I have a 32" waist and weigh 180lbs, this belt would probably be better on a larger person.

Great Product
Product came as described. Looks great and feels like the same great quality as the first CLC tool pouch I bought 7 years ago. It's a great product that I definitely recommend.

Great Belt for Roofing
About every four years I need a new belt and this one is exactly as described. Plenty of pockets and the drill hook is solid. Getting tougher and tougher to find good belts at a decent price. You won't be disappointed in this belt.

Still my favorite, but quality isn't what it used to be
I previously bought this tool belt from home depot maybe 8 years ago. Same exact pouch as this one but blue. That original lasted me about 6 years. I couldn't find it in stores again so i settled on a couple similar belts, but they both had problems. I searched Amazon and finally found my favorite clc, hoping the only difference was the color. For the most part, the pouch fits the same, and feels good on. The problem is durability, and where it's really questionable is where the shoulder straps hook to the belt. Two of the three have ripped off the belt, and two of the clasps have broken off the bottom of the straps. I've completely rigged it to function for now, but it's barely been a year and I'm very disappointed in the durability, especially after rocking one for 6 years. I'll probably buy it again because it fits me so well. But I hope they figure out how to maybe replace the belt hookups with metal or a reinforced material.

Plenty of pockets to hold screws and tools. Very organised for tool layout. Braces to long for my liking and a bit loose on the highest fitting around my hips. It is wide so will get cought going through tight spaces Highly recomend pouch for builders and carpenters especially

Used clc belts for years. This one is not great. Padding not great. Seems a bit cheap. Belt is very cheap. I'll keep the pouches. But they are a bit flimsy. For the moment it will have to do. I seen better at half the price and stronger.

Absolutely great tool belt very comfortable and lots of storage. Suspenders fit nice and help support the belt very nice. I would definitely recommend this tool belt, especially for the price. I have only used it for a day but was very happy with my purchase. Material that its made out of seems to be durable. I will make an update on here at a later date once ive had it for awhile.

The good: 1) nice pockets can comfortably accommodate two power tools (one on each side); 2) feels strong with metal connector and double buckle The bad: 3) My 34 waist buckling at the last holes of the belt and leaves ample space under the belt. Under the load, belt does not stay on waist and goes lower to hips 4) Some reviewers estimate minimum height for a comfortable adjustments of suspenders, yet it is not about the height but complection: one need at least 22" between belt and shoulders for suspenders to adjust. That means a LONG TORSO is needed for comfortable wear. Note: As mentioned in other reviews, the belt is bulky, so the wearer will be unable to maneuver with the belt on in tight spaces (although the one wearing it is a large person anyway)
