This is the best Methylated B complex I have found. I like that it has all 3 - forms of B12 and the B6 is in the P-5-P form and folate instead of folic acid is so important. If you have genetic polymorphisms or you don’t everyone’s body will absorb in these forms. Thanks for making a great product. We also sue the sublingual drops with folate and B12 and they are also great.

I kind of like these vitamins. It’s easy in on my stomach and I noticeable started having more energy..

I have more energy and definitely feel better overall. It is easy to swallow and I have no side effects. Will continue to buy.

It seems like it is working well...I also started on the liquid B12 of the same brand. With that I noticed an immediate difference. I like to use something about 3 months or more before I review it, but I think it will still be a good choice!

I think this is a good vitamin. I b ought because I heard it will help with stopping the ringing in my ears. I have only been taking the BioActive Vitamin B Complex for 2 weeks and have not noticed a difference with the ringing in my ears. I feel like I need to give it a few more weeks. I feel like it is easy to take and it is not as hard on my stomach as other vitamin b's that I have taken. That is a plus. I feel the value for this vitamin B is good, and I like the capsule better then the hard vitamins. They are easier for me to take. I think if you are look for a vitamin B, this is a good one to give a try.

Not sure how well these work, but the box had an empty candy wrapper stuck to it so I’m sorta scratching my head at quality control. The box and bottle were sealed but come on, a candy wrapper?? Really??

This product happened to fall in my lap when I was looking for a new b complex and I felt the benefits almost instantly. I feel so much better and with more energy. Definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.
