You will grow to HATE these!!
READ UPDATE :Unfortunately the first crazybaby Air (NANO) I ordered arrived WITHOUT the actual earbuds!?!?!? But had already ordered a second pair so waited for them to arrive before leaving a review.......These arrived on time packaged in Apple style packaging. The earbuds are extremely easy sync, use, and charge. Absolutely love these, the sound quality is amazing. I have only used them in the house so far. once I have fully tested them, cycling and at the gym, I will update this review. But for the time being... would I recommend these? A resounding HELL YEAH!!! I will be definitely buying at least two other colours.... and CRAZYBABY if your reading this can we have a couple in grey please?UPDATE:So I thought these were great when I first got them... well where to start? The charger has fallen to bits. The tiny magnets that hold the earbuds in place to charge them keep coming out. The case itself has come apart several times. Oh and it barely charges the earbuds!! It takes about 48-72hrs to get it to charge! And if I’m lucky I get 20-25mins use before the left earbud dies! The tiny connector has left sores in my ears to due overheating. Complete waste of money. AVOID!! Without a doubt the worst earbuds I’ve had to date. Crap! EXPENSIVE CRAP!It’s unfortunate that these LOOK and SOUND good but just don’t live up to the hype!.

Great customer support; Great earbuds
I had an issue after a few days of using these; the charging case failed and I couldn't charge my earbuds anymore. However, Crazybaby support were brilliantly helpful, making sure I got a replacement within a few days and ensured everything was taken care of. I also promised to write a proper review:These are great. They're fairly small so it sits nicely in your ear, not looking like you've got a massive chunk of something there. They do feel a bit loose, but don't move about when shaking your head fairly rigorously. These do come with different size "ends" for different sized ears, but I'd say they need to have a greater variation. The sizes don't vary much from each other. There is a light white glow every 5 seconds, but it's not an issue. Besides, you won't see it :PConnectivity is super easy and fast. I'm struggling to connect to a 2nd device, but that might just be me. Sound is reasonably good, but if there was more base in them, it would make for a better experience. I've not had any lag whilst watching videos/streaming on my phone (Android). The audio controls on the right earbud is obviously extremely useful and easy to use. If there was volume control (not via Google), this would be much appreciated, but not a great issue.Using them for calls are a lot better than previous earbuds. I've been told that I sound a bit echoey, but it's not a huge issue for those on the other end and I apparently don't sound like I'm miles from the phone anymore.Probably the 1 greatest thing Crazybaby could improve on is the Bluetooth connection. The audio does cut out from time to time, mainly when I'm moving (phone in trouser pocket). However, they only cut out for 2 seconds at the most and only on the right earbud.Going to give this 5 stars. Yes, there are things that could be done to improve the earbuds, but they are rather minimal issues and more a "nice to have please". Happy with these and hoping they continue lasting for ages!!!

Pretty good but could be better, see me after class.
These really are a solid pair of true wireless earphones, however there are just a couple of problems.Firstly, the case, while small and incredibly convenient, is made entirely of plastic and feels extremely flimsy so keep that in mind if you plan on being a little rough with it. Although despite that it has not actually broken, yet.Secondly, the right earphone cuts out at seemingly random times and with some frequency. I'm pretty sure it's not down to interference as I've tried using them in my home, in the city and while out for walks in the nearby countryside and the cutting out issue remains consistently random, if that makes any sense to anyone. I've also tried holding my phone practically on my face so it isn't distance either.Otherwise the sound quality is good, they fit well and they look stylish.

Neat Design and look good but...
Pros: The earbuds are light and compact and look good in fun colours. The carrying case and charging pod is also neat and is a good shape that makes it easy to carry about and easy to charge up the ear buds. The stereo separation is clearCons: In my ears the earbuds don't fit securely and so they are not easy to wear if you are not sitting still or are moving your jaw - eating, say. The sound isn't bad but depends on how well they are seated in your ears - and that isn't easy to keep secure. The buttons on the ends of each earbud to operate various functions seem like a good idea and, again, a neat piece of design but they make it difficult to adjust the earbuds in your ears to resettle them. Pushing the earbuds in to resettle them when they work loose - again! - is awkward if you can't push on the ends and if you do press the buttons on the ends you operate some function or another: change track, switch them off whatever.Overall, I want to like them because they are cute and colourful but it's too much effort keeping them settled in my ears to make me want to use them much

Good if they worked
These would have been great of they actually worked. The case is well made, sound quality is fine, pairing is nice and easy. However, my right ear bud was so quiet it was unusable, and it kept fading in and out every few seconds. Customer service was great and I've got a full refund now, gonna go for the Jaybird Runs instead. Would probably try and avoid these but yours might work so good luck!
