Do the straps stay on your shoulders? I both another brand and day 1 the straps would not stay in place.

Yes the straps stay in place. In fact, once the bra is on the entire bra stays in place. No twisting, no adjusting, no pulling it into place over and over.

Does this bra provide enough support for running?

This bra absolutely provides enough support to run in...you just need to size down. I am 5'9, 160lbs 36D... I bought medium... I run, lift, do yoga, and just live in these bras. I also have size L in these which does not provide enough support for running, but works for around the house, so size down for high impact.

Does the band roll up on these?

On me yes but I have a tummy. I got 3x but am thinking 4x maybe would have been bigger in waste band. I’m normally a 38DD or 40D.
