So after finding I had some vitamin and mineral deficiencies, I purchased this one, mostly because I have tried other products from this brand and had great results. This one didn't disappoint me. I believe this helped me (along with their vitamin D) to get new hair growth. My only complaint is that it is hard to get; it keeps selling out. So, if you are like me and need it for several months, don't buy only one. I recommend getting more bottles because the wait was a bit long for me to repurchase it after it sold out twice.

I've been taking a different zinc supplement from a reputable company for years. I liked it because it included copper in a "balanced" preparation.When I compared Dr Berg's Zinc Supplement I was surprised to see a higher dose of Zinc and other ingredients...so I switched.I use several products from Dr Berg and have been pleased with them all.

I haven’t tried it yet but I believe it’s good for your health

Zn is deficient in many people. 11 mg in my multivitamin is too low. This has 30 mg which is a good amount for cold prevention, cold duration shortening, and BPH. The other minerals are a bonus. Nice small capsule.
